The NCCS Boys & Girls Club of Newaygo County’s experience nurtures young people’s well-being and helps them reach their full potential through one-on-one relationships with caring adult professionals and fun, age-appropriate, well-rounded programming.

Your child(ren) can be a member of the NCCS Boys and Girls Club and experience the life-enhancing and positive environment the Club provides. Visit our Calendar of Events to view current and upcoming programming. It’s simple to register a child. Just fill out the registration form online.
If you prefer, you can also print off the registration form, fill it out and mail in or drop-off the completed form and membership payment to the NCCS, 6308 S. Warner Avenue, PO Box 149, Fremont, MI 49412.

NOTE FOR PARENT/GUARDIAN - A Parent or guardian’s signature is mandatory on the registration form. If you do sign-up online just remember to print it off, sign, and have the child bring it with them on their first day of attending NCCS Boys and Girls Club programming. The benefits of registering online are that you’ll be able to sign-up ahead of time and membership will be paid before even attending the first day. Having a signed registration form is very important. If we don’t have a parent or guardian signature the child will not be able to participate.
